“Escape The Grind Of A Mundane Life
By Running Your Own Successful, Established Business In Paradise With
Innumerable Options For Expansion”
- Have you ever wanted to live on a Caribbean island?
- Do you hate working for someone else?
- Are you sick of your weather and daily routine?
I have good news - you can do something about all of this! I know, because
I’ve been living this dream for the last four years.
Hello,
My name is Jason and I live on the island of St. John, in the United
States Virgin Islands. In 2004, I packed up and moved to the Virgin Islands
seeking the beautiful weather and a relaxing lifestyle. St. John certainly
did not disappoint. Now that I am winding up my tenure on this island, I
would love to pass on the life I have created to someone else.
“Island Living”
Even though these islands are technically part of the United States, living
on an island is much different. You can cut out a little early in the day,
and go swim at some of the most amazing beaches in the world. There is a
lively nightlife on St. John that includes dozens of gourmet restaurants and
several late night bars.
The island is about 70% US National Park, which means it will forever stay
pristine. It is the most protected and quiet of the three US Virgin Islands.
For shopping, St. Thomas is a 15 minute ferry ride away. There, you can go
to bigger stores like K-Mart, enjoy a variety of restaurants, and even play a
game of golf.
The island pace is certainly a great reason to live on St. John. Tourism
attracts most of the revenue made in the Virgin Islands, and a huge number
of the tourist-related businesses are my clients. There are real estate
offices, villa rental companies, restaurants, boat charters, and villas.
Also, a portion of my business comes from tourists themselves.
“A Crazy Idea Creates Lots Of Revenue
And Makes The People Of St. John Very Happy”
After I moved to St. John, I discovered an excellent niche market in the
islands. No one down here was able to offer great computer repair. I had
dabbled on my own computer, but I was no expert. I decided to jump in and
start a computer repair business. It took almost no time, and I was in the
repair groove.
Since then, my business has grown like crazy. I have added computer sales,
Internet service, and a dozen other easy little services to my business’
arsenal. My company has won the Daily News Best Computer Repair for both
years it has been open, as well as Best Computer Store for the year I have
offered new computers.
I also love giving back to the community. I have donated two computer
labs to the local elementary school, and I have been able to donate time
and services to a variety of charities. It has always been my goal to create
a business that is also a responsible and giving member of its community.
With a small community of only about 3,000 full-time residents on St. John,
it is thrilling to see the positive impact the business has had.
“My Time To Move On Is Your Golden
Opportunity”
I love this island life but after four years of never-ending summer,
it is time for me to move on. Over the last year, I have positioned my
business to be able to grow quickly in any of several directions from
offering ISP services to opening other locations.
The sterling reputation of my business on St. John will assure you a
loyal following for many years to come. Since the beginning of 2006,
every move that I have made in my business has reinforced the trust that
the community has.
Many businesses don’t make it past the first couple of years. Especially
in today’s economy, finding a thriving business can be a challenge. When
I opened my business, I created an S corporation. This means that the
name and all the associated accounts will transfer easily to you. Above
that, S corporations are tax deductible for you! This means that you will
get back roughly one third of your initial investment price from the
government over fifteen years.
“Here Is What My Business Can Give
You”
- Work for yourself in a debt-free and thriving business
- Grow the business in whichever way you choose
- Live in a US territory – using US dollars under US law
- Receive full training in computer repairs, as well as how to order parts
and do the bookkeeping
- Be a contributing, appreciated member of a small community
- Live on a small island, surrounded by pristine National Park
If you don’t like small community living or lots of sunny weather, this isn’t
the opportunity for you. But if you are tired of your rut and want to live in
paradise, you absolutely need to get in touch with me.
“Buying A Good Business Has Great
Advantages”
This is a unique opportunity, because you don’t need to be an expert at
repairing computers right away. If you would like, I can work with you and
develop your skills and let you get comfortable with the rhythm of the
business before I move on. I am willing to do this for two reasons. First,
I want the community to have the best service possible from this business
at all times. And second, I want you to feel completely confident and
comfortable with the work, as well as know exactly the people to contact
to expand the business in whatever way you choose.
As another huge benefit, I would be willing to finance a good portion of
the purchase price of the business. This way, you can use the money you are
making in the business to pay off the business. Businesses are an interesting
asset - unlike your car or your house, they actively GIVE BACK money. This
business has proven itself more than capable of being successful, so I know
you won't have any trouble paying me monthly. Banks or credit lenders would
want you to put up your house or some other scary guarantee before they give
you money. Only I know how capable my business is of paying off debt.
Remember, you can stay in your daily routine and continue to let life run
by. You can continue living with the risk of losing your job and having your
destiny in someone else's hands. You can be in a place where the weather is
substandard for months at a time and be forced to work with people you don’t
like. Or you can have your own successful and respected business in paradise,
working for yourself and being positioned for phenomenal growth. Make the
right choice!
Best,
Jason Monigold
